DURATION: 12 months, potentially ongoing from this point.
LOCATION: Working from Home, with occasional visits to site (Bristol, Aztec West).
SALARY/RATE AND BENEFITS: £12.70 - £13.46 Per hour (paye)
HOURS: 37 hours p/w
Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday
Provides a high level of admin support for the assigned functions including processing of expenses, arranging meetings, travel and accommodation as required. Preparation of agendas, recording and distribution of minutes and action tracking as required. Ensures that functional databases are accurately updated. Proven effective co-ordination skills & dealing with customers/clients and resolving queries within level of experience. developing and maintaining filing systems.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Confident minute taker
- Have worked within a similar admin/clerical role before
- Proven experience in the effective use of the Microsoft suite eg. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Experience of use of M-Teams and working in a technical environment.
- High level of attention to detail
- Initiative, drive and energy to achieve specified targets
- Flexible working approach
