We are currently recruiting a team of Scheduling Coordinators on behalf of United Utilities based in Great Sankey, Warrington. These are contract roles for 6 months.
As a Scheduling Coordinator you will ensure that work is recorded, prioritised and scheduled in accordance with agreed business rules, to maximise the effective and efficient delivery of work carried out by the field teams you support. You will contribute to the effective management of incidents and emergencies to minimise their impact on company assets, employees and the community for Water and Wastewater functions.
Ideal candidates will need to understand the lifecycle of a Work Order and how Work Orders should be generated and completed. Must be able to use a variety of techniques (multiple approaches) in order to influence and facilitate changes and be focused on time management ensuring that schedules are populated with sensible timeframes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team and as an individual is a must. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in order to provide a high-quality service (both verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills at all levels, both to internal and external customers). Previous customer services experience in either a face to face or phone capacity is essential for this role.
Working 37 hours per week successful candidates must be able to commit to working between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Start date TBC in October 2021
