Job Description

Role Title: Commissioning Support
Rate: £15.21 Per Hour PAYE
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Seascale

MUST HAVES:

Current Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain this

Previous Document Control Experience
-
Experience of using the ICEPAC System


ROLE INFORMATION:
The successful application will be required to provide Document control and Commissioning support of all Commissioning documents. This will include maintaining and controlling both the electronical and hardcopy filling system to include the following information:

- Test Documents
- Commissioning Reports
- Method Statements
- Fault Observations
- Temporary Commissioning Aids
- Plant Test Schedule
The successful application will also be required to undertake but not limited to the following duties:
-
Schedule commissioning meetings and provide minutes and secretarial support.

Provide visual management trackers in support of commissioning management team.

Use of ICEPAC system for retrieval of documents and responsible for submitting completed commissioning documents to project document control for archiving.

Assist in commissioning and project procurement.

General day to day Office management.
-
Act as a Point of contact for commissioning teams film badges and PPE requirements.

Assist with QA audits as and when required.
