Job Description

We have a client who is currently in the process of delivering new and exciting digital capabilities into the organisation and are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the team. The purpose of the role is to manage M365 infrastructure changes, the decommission of the on-prem uShare platform and upgrade the Unified Comms platform.

Key responsibilities:

Ownership and accountability for the delivery of the project across the group.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Create weekly status reports
Create project plans
Track and manage RAIDs
Escalate to Programme Lead for support/direction
Drive and liaise with internal support teams i.e. Comms, Service, etc.
Stakeholder management which includes coordination with site representatives across the UK, Europe and the US.
Self-starter who will be expected to own all aspects of the implementation of the project.
Experience required:

Project Management experience
Demonstrable experience of M365
Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders with competing priorities
Ideally experienced in delivering and embedding Change within an organisation
Experience in Cisco Unified Comms / WebEx products desirable
Good general understanding of Technology and Infrastructure
Able to work with third party suppliers
PRINCE II or equivalent project management qualifications
Agile qualified ideally.
