Job Description
Supply Chain Administrator£10.00 per hour PAYE
Remote working / Angel Square, Manchester
6 Month Contract
Start date 15th February
37.5 hours a week ** We do require flexibility around working hours and may be required to start at 08:00. There will be weekend requirement - averaging around 10 weekend days over 12 months with a weekday off in lieu
Accountabilities
Supply Chain Administration Scheduling/Logistics administration
Checking/Validation of rulesets and Data Entry
Comfortable working with large excel spreadsheets
Comfortable with using/editing intermediate Excel functions such as SUM and VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLES
Working with a team of people to support each other
Working remotely using MS Teams video/audio calls frequently
Skills & Experience
Experience of high-volume processing of data and information production
Communication skills
Disciplined and process minded.
Excellent use of MS Office tools / database administration
Intermediate Excel experience desired
Ability to work flexibly and to deadlines
