Customer Service Advisor - Home Shopping

Duration; 9 weeks
Location; Manchester City Centre
Hourly Rate; £9.99 per hour PAYE
Working Hours;
You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days and be available to work every weekend **
Candidates will have rotas provided to them 4 weeks in advance but must be flexible and able to commit to working every weekend.
Working hours are 7.30am - 10pm on a shift pattern basis.
Job Role;
My Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting Customer Services Advisor to join their offices in central Manchester.
You will be working in a state-of-the-art office based 2 minutes away from Victoria train and tram station and 3 minutes away from Shudehill bus station. The office has a fully equipped gym and has 2 restaurants and coffeehouses in addition to an onsite shop and post office.
Candidate Requirements;
? Professional demeanour
? Customer Service experience/Contact centre environment experience
? A good understanding of IT systems is required, this role will give you the opportunity to be upskilled on social media, responding to customer queries via Facebook/Twitter.
