Estates Support Officer - Energy Sector.Culham, Oxfordshire

In your role you will be a key support to the Estates Records Office and Estates Information Technical Group. The Group carries out a number of diverse key roles ranging from refurbishment projects to managing important service contract interfaces. You will be with responsible for several activities relating to the management of the estate.
You'll be accountable for:
Updating all electronic record drawings following the completion of works to ensure that the UKAEA holds accurate records of its buildings
Undertake specific projects relating to the upkeep of the site wide drawing database and storing of new drawings
Amend AutoCad drawings
General estates administration duties
Day to day administration of the Estates Records Office
You'll need:
Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience of using a CAD package similar to AUTOCAD/AUTOCADLT
It would be helpful if you have:
Experience of working in property / facilities management
