Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will ensure issues are resolved or escalated as quickly as possible. Support business projects and provide 2nd level support of hardware, infrastructure and applications.

•You must be confident in providing technical escalation point for 1st Line Analysts
•Experience with the following; Active Directory, Windows, Cloud Computing such as Azure, Office 365, LAN, WAN, and SQL.
•Out of hours, weekends will be required.
