Integration Lead - Workday Implementation
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Integration Lead to work in a market leading Workday Implementation for one of the UK's largest multi-media organisations.
You will be integral to their change and transformation HR strategy, which has UX at its heart. With a clear focus, next generation vision and some incredible in-flight digital evolution you will be a core member of this team.
This two year programme will ultimately change the way people contribute to the success of the business. The Workday technical and functional team will play a critical role in enabling the people experience transformation. Commencing in March 2020 we will begin with the journey to design, build and implement a new unified digital employee experience across the business which will be underpinned by the very best technology including Workday.

You must have at least one (ideally more) Workday implementations (ideally on an international basis) with proven service-oriented architecture design principle experience focused around ERP HCM/Financials integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies as well as demonstrated proficiency with web services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML and broader HR and payroll business domain knowledge. You will be used to being in the driving seat and will be a leader who inspires those around you.
