We are looking for part time Inbound Sales Advisors to join our award winning* team. All calls will be incoming an we need you to confidently speak about our products through providing exceptional customer experience, as well as building customer loyalty and confidence, will be key to your success. As part of our market leading sales team, you will receive full training and support, with the opportunity to grow and develop, all while working in a fun, fulfilling customer-centric team

Experience of working in a target driven environment and being managed against business KPI's and objectives

experience of working within a Contact Centre, and/or Insurance if desirable but not essential,
Hours of work
This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week, over a 2 week rotating shift pattern. You must be available to work Saturdays. Swinton operate between the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday and between the hours of 9.00am and 17.00pm Saturday - you must be able to commit to working 30 hours for your training period
