Job Description

One of our large Insurance Customer who has recently gone through significant change is currently recruiting - with a fresh focus, a clear vision and some incredible digital transformation in-flight, there's never been a better time to join them.

To help set them on the right path they're now looking for a Techncial Project Managers to join the team - a fantastic opportunity to lead, drive, coordinate and control the delivery of medium to large technial change projects to agreed time, cost and quality measures. What you'll do

Lead cross functional internal and external teams to deliver the capabilities, objectives and outcomes of projects to agreed time, cost and quality measures
Use a variety of project management techniques and innovative ways of working to deliver change at pace
Manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery
Drive a high-performance culture, owning your development plan and learning about industry best practice
Ensure safe implementation of change through active engagement and collaboration with impacted business areas
Implement, manage and execute appropriate project processes and controls to ensure effective governance and control of the project throughout its life-cycle.
What you'll bring:

Significant previous experience of delivering medium or large sized technical projects
Significant previous experience of leading internal and external teams
Significant experience of managing third parties
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiating and influencing skills
Formal project management qualification
