We are looking for part time Inbound Sales Advisors to join our award winning* team. All calls will be incoming an we need you to confidently speak about our products through providing exceptional customer experience, as well as building customer loyalty and confidence, will be key to your success. As part of our market leading sales team, you will receive full training and support, with the opportunity to grow and develop, all while working in a fun, fulfilling customer-centric team
Based in one of Manchester's newest landmark buildings (101 Embankment, next to the Cathedral) you will be working in a brand new environment using state of the art systems. Located In the heart

Experience of working in a target driven environment and being managed against business KPI's and objectives

experience of working within a Contact Centre, and/or Insurance if desirable but not essential,
however, if you have a background in sales, we'd like to chat too!
Hours of work
This is a part-time position, with the option to work either 18 hours, 25 hour or 30 hours, over a 2 week rotating shift pattern. The shifts will include working our busiest times on a Monday & Tuesday Morning and will include Saturday working - you must be able to commit to working 30 hours for your training period
