One of our Blue Chip clients requires a Technical Support Officer with Windows 10 experience - skills below:
Providing support for the Windows 10 Team Leaders during the configuration, migration and QA stages of site rollouts.
Provide technical support for the Business Engagement Team leads and provide assistance in business engagement with the site contacts.
Provide floor walking support for staff migrated to Windows 10.
Promoting the benefits of Windows 10 including highlighting key training messages.
Liaise with Service Support Staff to escalate issues, provide cross training and support.
Provide support for the Training Manager/ Team leaders on site when required.
Cascade info re issues/fixes to support colleagues
Provide feedback to enable the updating of processes where applicable
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communications skills to all level of staff
Knowledge of Windows 10 features and functionality.
Ability to troubleshoot basic application, operating system and hardware issues
Active Directory administration skills.
Ability to reimage devices and carry out QA.
Ability to train and assist users on site/remotely
Work flexible hours including evenings and potentially weekends
To pick up a wide range new skills quickly
Able to translate technical jargon into language that business users can understand
