To help set us on the right path, we're now looking for a Business Analysis Practice Manager to shape and evolve the processes, standards and methodologies used by our Business Analysts and contribute to the efficient delivery of our overall business strategy. You will have the opportunity to work as a business partner, providing Business Analysis consultancy to key stakeholders and establishing collaborative ways of working with the team and wider business.
What You'll Do
Lead establishment of best practices in standards and processes for conducting business analysis, including quality, efficiency and effectiveness measures
Provide strategic input into the Change Portfolio and prioritisation of projects.
Drive continuous improvement of the Business Analysis function, including Maturity Modelling, Skills Assessment, Tools and Methodology selections
Interface regularly with leaders of other departments to define business analysis project direction and system change priorities.
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to support the development of strategic initiatives leading to their assessment for entry into the change portfolio
What You'll Bring
Demonstrable experience of leading a Business Analysis team with more than ten Business Analysts.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to build strong, effective relationships.
Understand complex business processes across a wide range of business areas.
Able to work effectively across multiple change projects or change activities simultaneously
Deep knowledge of the financial services industry.
Excellent awareness of relevant legal and regulatory issues and constraint
