YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA). Several years' experience working in industry.

Supporting the Finance manager in securing the overall performance, costs, finance including drawdowns.
Supporting the Finance Manager and Project Director in reporting to the Board which represents the shareholders;
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the all Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow) in a timely fashion;
Supporting the Financial Controller in the preparation of the annual accounts in accordance with UK GAAP, preparing bank reports
and special topic reports as required;
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and consistently
Preparing financial elements of management and progress reports, annual budgets and updated budgets, cash flow reporting, tax,
Interface with the project and package management teams to deliver tight financial and budgetary cost control of the project
Prepare the provision of relevant and regular financial reports and other management information to the project team.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the underlying financial records of NNG project, including expenditure accruals and
fixed asset accounting;
Prepare the production of expenditure and cash flow forecasts; challenge the NNG team on the underlying assumptions
Ensure timely payment of all invoices and manage manual payment process with FSS
Manage PF bank accounts
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with UK GAAP, ideally with additional other accounting methods;
Excellent in English, written and spoken, French is a benefit.
Accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA). Several years' experience working in industry.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the key financial implications of a scenario
Able to challenge the way things are done; pragmatic and solution focused, looking at ways to make improvements to the business
Able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders including financial and commercial teams
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient IT skills (Spreadsheets, database, Visual basic)
