Employee Campaigns Manager
Job DescriptionRullion Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of a large utilities company based in the North West for an Employee Campaigns Manager on a 12 month contract basis. We have been providing our client with experienced individuals for over 15 years helping to deliver a high number of projects within the Industry.
This role oversees all-employee facing campaigns and specifically supports the senior leadership calendar and business narrative which goes to all employees around strategy and business performance
Developing and delivering the senior leadership engagement calendar
Supporting the development of the company narrative so that it can be segmented and used to engage employees across the business and for developing and delivering key all employee campaigns and information, such as health and safety.
Developing interactive material, such as video which can be used to communicate news and information.
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including members of the Executive team, to build communication campaigns and profiling opportunities, while adopting a healthy challenge to ensure thinking is best practice and continually evolving
Deliver content which is engaging, supports the client's tone of voice and to encourage user generated content to be shared among colleagues
To work as part of the wider team in the function to help deliver key events and campaigns, bringing together the customer and employer proposition
Knowledge and Skills
A Communications/Marketing Degree or Diploma
A proven background of delivering strategic internal communications and campaigns
Experience of supporting and working with senior level executives
Excellent writing skills
A good knowledge and understanding of digital channel delivery
Knowledge of developing interactive material, such as film and editing.
Proficient in CMS, ideally EpiServer, Powerpoint and with knowledge of and experience of generating interactive content, such as film, production and editing
A background in PR
