Working Hours: 37.50 per week

It's an exciting time to join Swinton. We are busy setting the pace in the insurance market and creating a Contact Centre environment that sets and maintains the standards within our sector. We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader to join our award winning* leadership team. Based in one of Manchester's newest landmark buildings (101 Embankment, next to the Cathedral) you will be working in a brand new environment using state of the art systems. About You
  • You will support and coach your team to achieve daily tasks, adhere to deadlines and will need to be focused on people and performance.

  • Previous management/supervisory experience (ideally in a call centre environment).

  • Experience in delivering a proactive and high level of customer experience

  • Knowledge and experience in the delivery of quality customer care.

  • You will be a natural leader, improving and managing both individual & team performance.

  • You will be experienced using training & development as a key motivator.

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of risk management, in a regulated environment.

  • Experience within the Insurance sector, preferably within Insurance Brokering is highly desirable, although not essential

  • Experience within an omni- channel business.

  • GCSE Passes or equivalent in Maths and English
