This is an exciting development opportunity has emerged for an Application Support Analyst (3rd Line) with an eCommerce solutions specialism to join the Application Support & BI Team on a perm basis.
The Analyst will lead the support & development of online applications, while working with the wider Application Support team to effectively manage the remainder of the application portfolio.
Experience of managing IT incidents, requests, problems and changes within an applications environment.
Experience of working with eCommerce platforms and technologies, in particular Red Hat Enterprise Linux; alongside a good understanding of web technologies such as CSS, PHP.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to a wide range of audiences.
The ability to solve problems, show initiative when faced with challenges, and be proactive in looking for improvements.
Previous experience in an ITIL environment is desirable
