Customer Sales Advisor - Part Time

As a Customer Sales Advisor at Swinton Group, you'll be responsible for meeting the insurance needs of our customers, finding them the right insurance product, whether they are a new customer or renewing an existing policy. The ability to sell our products through providing exceptional customer experience, as well as building customer loyalty and confidence, will be key to your success. As part of our high-flying sales team, you will receive full training and support, with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and sales experience, all while working in a fun, fulfilling customer-centric team.
We'd love to get to know you if you have experience of working within a Contact Centre, and/or Insurance, however if you have a strong background in sales, we'd like to chat too!
What you get in return
Our part time roles offer 20, 25 or 30 hours per week, and you'll need to be able to work a minimum of 4 days which include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. If you are able to work 5 days you will be able to work between Monday and Saturday, with your days of work to be agreed. The first 4 weeks of induction will be on a full-time basis.
