Senior Project Manager
Job DescriptionOur client is a top design studio based in central London who is looking for a Senior Project/Design Manager to join their expanding team.
To lead two design teams with the potential in the future to lead three.
To lead the successful delivery of intricate design projects. Where your duties will include liaising with clients and suppliers, Project meetings and administration of the design projects and contracts.
To generate progress reports, work with team to enhance marketing activity and to manage project finances.
Experienced designer with 8+ years' experience working in interior design/architectural design on high end, large scale, luxury projects.
Experience in cruise ships and hotels is desirable but not essential, and ideally also residential and retail.
Proven creative ability and management ability.
Project management in all phases of the project.
Fluency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup.
Advanced knowledge of furniture, FF&E, Finishes, Lighting and other materials.
