Job Description

JOB TITLE: Construction administrator
LOCATION: Carlisle
SALARY/RATE AND BENEFITS: £30,000 - £32,000 per year

Managed health & safety legislation
5 years' experience of contract administration
Experience of the construction process
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Experience with budget management

ROLE INFORMATION: To provide technical support to on-going live construction projects, to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This includes assisting with co-ordination, programming, cost monitoring H&S, planning, feasibility advice, risk assessment and overall liaison with all parties both internal and external.
