I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Networking company that delivers electricity to homes and business in Central and Southern Scotland, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and North Shropshire. No matter who you pay your bill to, they are the people to contact for all enquiries relating to the electricity network.
Overview
The key purpose of this role is to provide Support the administration of the network maintenance programme in SAP.Liaise with customers as part of our customer contact / general enquiries process. Monitor the district's process compliance for customer contacts, to ensure guaranteed standards are met.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administration and management support within all areas of the business
Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
Ensure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes
Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales
Liaison with external service partners and other business areas
Contribute as an effective team member of the Operations department
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
Education, Experience and Skill Required
Planning and Organising skills
Excellent communication skills
Significant all round administrative experience
Able to operate at all levels of the business
Working knowledge of Business IT systems
Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices would be desirable.
Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
Developed Customer Service skills
Familiarity with MS suite of systems
Excellent knowledge and use of Excel
Working knowledge of PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
