My Client, Coop Group in Manchester are recruiting Customer Services Advisor to join their offices in central Manchester
A good understanding of IT systems is required and experience in a contact centre is essential
Instruct preferred suppliers and maintain good working relationship with suppliers.
Ensure that reserves and payments are accurately executed on a Team portfolio of claims.
Maintain and enhance data integrity by ensuring all claims and customer records are documented in a timely and accurate manner - including updating all computer-based records.
Produce and process all documentation in an accurate and timely manner and ensure that the information passes to colleagues responsible for these activities.
Ensure at all times the advice and services provided are consistent with all relevant procedures, processes, standards, behaviours and performance targets.
Participate in activities to plan and implement activities to improve operating processes or procedures.
