I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Networking company that delivers electricity to homes and business in Central and Southern Scotland, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and North Shropshire. No matter who you pay your bill to, they are the people to contact for all enquiries relating to the electricity network.
The main purpose of the role is to provide business support in all activities relating to Energy Networks, Licence Programmes.
Contribute as an effective Project Support, clerical team member.
Manage correspondence and contacts accordingly deciding and initiating the action or communication required within the business.
Operation of various IT systems including: SAP/SIGOR/GAMAD/RADAR/DFWEB
Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.
Ensure all customer contacts that are received by the business are dealt with in accordance with the relevant processes.
Monitor and register Guaranteed Standard applying the GS failure payments process as required.
Provide administration and management support within all areas of the business. .
Provide support to other team members as required to deliver section objectives.
Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility.
Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise.
Work towards a zero accident culture and lead by example
Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency..
Administer and process all paperwork during the Project Lifecycle.
Administer the impact of change of regulatory issues on the business.
Provide financial awareness on activities performed.
Provide management reporting for key business activities.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
Participate in the development / improvement of processes and procedures within Licence Programmes.
Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems.
Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Requirements
Working knowledge of Guaranteed Standard, Voluntary Standard, Licence and Ofgem requirements
Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
Excellent telephony skills
Developed customer service skills
Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
Awareness of regulatory issues impacting on the Business
Awareness of inter-business relationships
