RATE: £350-450 per day
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Experience in a similar role at manager level
-Formal qualification in electrical engineering and/or building services engineering
-Electrical AP status in LV and/or HV
-IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate
-NEC 3 / JCT Contracts experience
-Experience of property standards such as SFG20, CIBSE Guide M etc
-Development of FM CAFM Systems
-Use of Lean/Six Sigma Techniques
-Line management experience
-Excellent knowledge and application of H&S and Environmental matters
-Detailed understanding of relevant regulations, legislation and standards
-High level of interpersonal and people management skills and attributes
ROLE INFORMATION: You will be responsible for Site Asset validation of all Electrical Systems to ensure all assets are captured on the estates CAFM System, development and implementation of Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) standards and ensuring maintenance tasks are linked on the CAFM system, acting as the technical lead, be the site electrical AP for LV and HV, delivery of the PPM Quality Assurance process for PPM, reactive and small works tasksm, to devise, build and manage the Electrical Estates Life Cycle Cost Models and capital replacement Forward Works Programme (FMP), with suggested replacement dates and predicted replacement costs in line with RICS BCIS modelling and assumptions, SPONS 2017 and CIBSE Guide M guidance.
