RATE/SALARY/BENEFITS: Negotiable depending on experience
Rullion have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join one of our clients on an initial 6 month contract duration based in Gloucester. The successful applicant will provide support to the communications and planning functions.
DUTIES OF ROLE:
-Producing documents such as briefing notes and factsheets
-Responding to enquiries
-Proof reading letters and documents
-Coordinating meetings, arranging and booking rooms etc
-Support with internal communications programme
-Support team with information on travel arrangements
-Booking of accommodation
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Excellent IT skills, confidently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
-Well organised, able to manage own work load
-Able to follow processes
