Rullion invited HR Thought Leaders from across the North West to an Early Years Talent Thought Leaders lunch on 1st December 2016.
Rullion hosted another thought leadership event for a group of senior HR and talent leaders from across the North West. The lunch took place in Manchester, in the private dining room at Restaurant Bar and Grill, bringing together individuals from a variety of organisations, to discuss the topic of Early Years Talent.
Along with lunch, there were two presentations and breakout sessions to steer the conversation through the dinner. Helen Hawxwell of The Greater Manchester Apprenticeship Company presented with Roman Dibden of The Skills Company, on the topic of apprenticeships and what motivates young people in the work place. This was followed by a breakout session and another presentation from Sonia Bate of Edit Development on the topic of Disrupters.
The guests also heard from Lynn Johnson, from our partner United Utilities, on their Work Programme to support young people in the North West.
Rullion interviewed Helen Hawxwell, Roman Dibden and Sonia Bate on their thoughts on apprenticeships and disrupters. Check out the interviews below.
