Rullion’s Niche Talent division accelerates growth with dedicated Manchester office
Following their successful incubation in Rullion’s Head Office, the specialist recruitment division, Niche Talent, is relocating to a dedicated headquarters in Manchester City centre. The new office, in Chancery Place, King Street, is in the heart of the business district on the doorstep of clients, candidates and new consulting talent.
The move follows Niche Talent recently releasing details of its plans to double headcount year-on-year over the next three years and establish international teams, having already earned credibility in their core markets; Business Intelligence and Data, Information Security, Business Change and Transformation.
“I’ve been with Rullion for six years and I’m incredibly proud to be leading our Niche Talent division,” says Executive Director, Simon Dixon. “This is just the beginning of our exponential growth and I can’t wait to see what’s around the corner for the business and for our talented consultants who have been so crucial in taking Rullion in this new, exciting direction.”
Dixon will lead the team in their transition to the new office in October 2017 and is keen to speak to driven and dedicated individuals at all levels – from graduate to experienced - who are interested in being part of Niche Talent’s growth. “We’re offering fast-track promotions, excellent rewards and most importantly a professional, fun and supportive team environment with a shared goal.”
The entrepreneurial team will continue to benefit from the support of large recruitment group, Rullion, allowing Niche Talent to compete in today’s thriving technical market. Consultants will also benefit from a dedicated training academy that will focus on giving them the industry knowledge that sets Niche Talent apart.
