Breakfast Seminar: Using Data to Optimise your Talent Acquisition
In an increasingly data driven age it is vital that HR and resourcing functions learn how to harness the information that is available to them and use it to improve their talent acquisition. With data available from various sources, it can often be difficult and confusing to understand not only what information is most relevant but also how it can be used to make a tangible difference to attracting, selecting and retaining the best talent available in the market.
Rullion invites you to our breakfast seminar, focusing on using data, to optimise talent acquisition. With insights and experiences from Senior Resourcing and HR specialists, the seminar will equip you with ideas for your own talent acquisition and introduce you to a network of like-minded professionals.
Explore your own strategies as our expert speakers share their journeys, and hear how data analytics have allowed them to overcome challenges. Our panel will also be responding to your questions on acquiring the best talent for your needs.
Hosted within the Mere Suite, Rullion looks forward to welcoming you for breakfast from 8am on Thursday 17th March.
