If you’re struggling to attract the right candidates to your organisation, you need to start with your employer brand. Do you have an employer brand strategy? According to CareerBuilder's 2017 Candidate Experience study (1), nearly 89 percent of respondents cited employer websites as a key factor when learning more about a company they’re interested in. “But only 45 percent of candidates say they can typically tell what it would be like to work for a company based on their career site.”
