Operational Support
Job Description
Hours: 25 hours per week
9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Six hours a day, including a one hour unpaid lunch break
A bit more about the role
You will be based at one of our water or wastewater operational sites, supporting the day-to-day function of the site and its office. You will provide general operational support to the site, which will include:
- Supporting the field staff with their day to day duties
- Site maintenance
- Installation of equipment
- Operating equipment
- Checking functionality of equipment
- Ordering supplies
- Attending meetings
- Arranging meetings
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Capturing and reporting on data
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Enjoys hands on activity
- Good organisational skills
- Works well in a team
- Flexible and able to work across various teams where required
- Able to prioritise and plan own work
- Eye for detail
- Communication skills
