Job Description

To develop, implement and maintain an effective service management regime for TFGM IS which addresses the identified strategic objectives. To manage third party suppliers and ensure that they deliver to contractual service levels whilst managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. To deliver excellence in service management disciplines (design, transition, operations and service improvement) and be responsible for designing and aligning IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes to drive the most effective benefits for TfGM.
