Training & Development

When you join your business unit you will also be given guidance and support to learn about the products, services, systems and procedures that will be an integral part of your work. 

At regular intervals throughout the year you’ll have a chance to review performance and progress and plan the next stages of your development. 

Once you are established in your role you will also have the opportunity to look at longer term professional development.
