Our salary guidance is up to c. £30k, plus commission scheme and a lucrative lead generation bonus for larger opportunities identified for the wider business. We are huge advocates for a healthy work/life balance, offering flexible working opportunities, fully remote or hybrid roles, and an industry-leading holiday package of 40 days - 25 days holiday plus banks, with an additional four “Wellbeing days” to use across the year, a Christmas closedown and a holiday purchase scheme. Other benefits include group pension scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity packages, a £1000 Employee Referral scheme, various recognition incentives throughout the month / year, and a free Employee Assistance Programme.

We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement.

  • Alternatively we are happy for this role to mainly be focussed on business development, with support from the Resourcers in the team
