Following our continued growth throughout 2019, and the appointment of a number of key hires across the group, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the IT division of our central Manchester office.

Summary of the Role
We are interested to hear from experienced contract Recruitment Consultants, ideally with a background in our core markets (IT/ Technology, Business Change, Digital, Date / Business Information and Cyber Security), although we can consider strong consultants from other verticals also.
With an existing IT contractor population, prior relationships with a number of private sector clients, and all the major framework agreements in place for the public sector, there is a fantastic opportunity to come in and quickly make an impact.
We offer uncapped, market-leading commission up to 33% of billings (including additional management bonuses) and genuine remote / flexible working options (with a number of consultants in the team taking full advantage). We totally appreciate that for experienced contract billers, it can be a risk to walk away from a profitable desk so we can look at a range of bespoke options to ensure you are able to match or exceed your current package in year one, and build from there.

The role will be a 360 recruitment position, working with a broad range of existing and new clients, and you will also benefit from new business passed across from various colleagues within the division and wider organisation.
We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial / Head of Practice level roles, and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Previous contract recruitment experience, ideally within an IT / Technology market although all disciplines considered
