Due to continued growth in our IT Division and a hugely successful start to 2019, Rullion are now looking to hire experienced IT Recruitment Consultants for a new division in our London office, working in collaboration with the existing Manchester team.

Summary of the Role
We are interested to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants, ideally with a background in our core markets (IT/ Technology, Business Change, Digital, Data / Business Information, Cloud and Cyber Security), although we are happy to consider strong consultants from other verticals also.
The role will be a 360 recruitment position, working with a broad range of existing and new clients, and you will also benefit from new business passed across from various colleagues within the division and wider organisation.
We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial / Head of Practice level roles, and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement.
In terms of benefits, our starting salaries are hugely competitive and we offer uncapped, market-leading commission up to 33% on personal billings, and various other financial incentives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Qualifications, skills & experience
- Previous experience within a recruitment consultant role, ideally with good understanding of the IT / Technology / Business Change market
- We are flexible on level of experience and have roles available at Consultant and Senior level
