IT Recruitment Consultant
- Date Posted: 03 July 2019
- Competitive plus uncapped commission
Due to continued growth in our IT Division and a hugely successful start to 2019, as well as new, larger office premises in the city centre, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester office.
We are incredibly proud of our reputation in the IT sector, having built solid relationships in this industry from major blue-chip organisations to tech start-ups and SMEs, with a track record in going above and beyond for our clients and offering far more than the average recruiter. Whether it's creating industry-specific events, providing bespoke market insights to key clients, and supporting on specific talent attraction projects, we act as true business partners to our clients and forge long term relationships.
We are “Recruitment for Adults” – focussing on results and accountability, not KPIs and logging calls, and with flexible working options to get there. We offer realistic opportunities to progress within a collaborative working environment, with the financial stability of a well-established group with the day-to-day feel of an entrepreneurial start-up.
Summary of the role
We are interested to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants, ideally with a background in our core markets (IT/ Technology, Business Change, Digital, Data / Business Information, Cloud and Cyber Security), although we are happy to consider strong consultants from other verticals also.
We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial / Head of Practice level roles, and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement.
In terms of benefits, our starting salaries are hugely competitive and we offer uncapped, market-leading commission up to 33% (including additional management override bonuses) and various other financial incentives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Other benefits include remote and flexible working policies, VIP lunch club, group pension scheme, holiday purchase scheme, long service awards with sabbatical options and casual dress policy. Our new Manchester office provides a relaxed working environment, with free fresh fruit, luxury hot drinks station, yoga sessions, beer and pizza nights and various break-out spaces, as well as an active social calendar.
We are also happy to discuss bespoke guarantees for proven consultants to ensure you are able to exceed your current package.
Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
