Summary of the Role
Our Candidate Services team are the glue that holds Rullion together.
You will tackle range of tasks centred around candidates, from onboarding and assignment extensions to changes of worker status and rate changes and more.
You’ll display high levels of integrity and maintain excellent levels of service throughout. You will utilise and develop your knowledge of recruitment onboarding and screening skills to resolve queries as they occur as well as minimising the risk for future issues.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 6 months starting in October 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment screening and verifications.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Coordinate assignment extensions and rate changes.
- Process changes in worker status.
- Maintain accurate documentation of screening results.
- Stay updated on compliance and onboarding processes.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Previous onboarding and pre employment screening experience
- Good level of awareness of relevant legislation
- Strong desire to achieve service excellence and delight the customer
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Effective time management
- Strong organisation skills
- Numerate, literate and articulat
Competencies
- Background in delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in onboarding and/or pre-employment screening preferred.
- Awareness of relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
