Summary of the Role
Our Managed Solutions work with some of our biggest accounts across Engineering, Technology and more. Our Siemens MSP is a highly valued partnership across multiple sites including Lincoln, UK.
In this role you will help lead the growth and development of the account by managing the client relationships, providing swift recruitment solutions in line with strict SLAs and maximising opportunities.
This role requires weekly site visits to the Siemens Lincoln sites and may in future require visits to other Siemens sites across the rest of the country. The rest of your working time will be on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Take the lead in proactively sourcing, presenting and marketing quality candidates to hiring managers.
• Identify permanent opportunities and develop relationships with the internal talent acquisition teams.
• Create and nurture a thriving talent pool of quality exceptional candidates.
• Create candidate resourcing strategies, source for senior roles and achieve the agreed fill rates of roles.
• Build lasting relationships with your clients, going beyond the ordinary, whether its face-to-face interactions or virtual connections you will build trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with our customers, becoming their trusted advisor in resource planning and worker availability.
Qualifications, skills & experience
• Previous experience within recruitment, either agency, in-house resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge and experience of both contract and permanent recruitment.
• The confidence to work autonomously with senior client stakeholders.
• An outgoing personality and able to network with new contacts.
• The ability to identify and convert new revenue opportunities.
