We’re recruiting for Recruitment Resourcers to work in our Nuclear team in Cleator Moor, West Cumbria, where you'll get to work with some of the UK's biggest players in the industry.

Nuclear is an industry that is continually expanding so it's a really exciting time for you to join us on that journey.

Summary of the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be at the heart of it all - sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with top candidates for our client's opportunities.

Your role is crucial, ensuring a steady flow of talent and making those perfect matches that advance careers.

 

What You'll Do

Some of things you'll do as a Resourcer are:

• Proactively source candidates, building pipeline and talent pools.
• Use online job boards, social media, and your network to uncover talent.
• Pick up the phone, speak with candidates and build lasting relationships. 
• Manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
• Get the hang of any technical details for the roles you’re sourcing for and learn about the industry. 
• Research industry trends and scope out the competition to keep us one step ahead.
• Keep our recruitment database organised and in shape. 

What You Bring To The Role

Someone who has previous experience in recruitment sourcing would be a real plus for us. However you don't necessarily need recruitment experience for this Resourcer role.

If you have a great background in customer service or sales this opportunity could be perfect for you. As long as you're enthusiastic with a willingness to learn, we can usually help you with the rest!
