There’s no standard answer to how long the recruitment process will take and it will depend on a number of factors. These could include things such as the number of candidates being considered for the position, the availability of the department hiring and how quickly the role is required. We will aim to keep you informed of your progress at different stages throughout the hiring process.

Rullion generally takes a multi-stage approach to recruitment, but there will be differences depending on the role you’re applying for, its level and the department that’s hiring.

We’ve streamlined our internal hiring process and invested in an ATS, which keeps candidates informed on stages, timescales and feedback throughout the process. The first point of contact will be a member of our Internal Recruitment team who may initiate a telephone interview screen to talk through CV/experience and you’ll be kept informed regarding further stages, if any.

All candidates are required to complete psychometric testing as part of the hiring process. Often these are not ‘pass or fail’ style tests, but rather a good way of better understanding your strengths and areas requiring support/training.
