Summary of the Role

The key objective of the Contractor Management Team is to ensure that all activities are processed via a Quality Accredited System, in line with all required legislation. Responsibilities include: • On-boarding and managing direct/client referred Contractors. The team currently manages close to 900 direct/client referred Contractors with a turnover of approximately £70m. This team are responsible for on-boarding and managing Contractors across the spectrum of Rullion’s key clients. • Ensuring compliance processes are adhered to for all direct and sourced Contractors and carrying out and adhering to client specific screening requirements. • Managing payment and timesheet processes across all Contractors and ensuring the resolution of any payment queries and for carrying out and adhering to client specific screening requirements. • The provision of documentation pertinent to the client, contractor and in line with current legislation. • To work alongside the Contractor Management Team and be responsible for the production of all Rullion Documentation as delegated by the Team Leader or Senior Executives. • Ensure all references and screening requirements are undertaken adhering to client specific needs at all times as delegated by the Team Leader or Senior Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Screening: • Responsibility for all pre-screening of candidates, including all background referencing/credit rating checks and criminal records checks for all clients as required. • Ensure all pre-screening documentation is uploaded to the system in correct place • Involvement in processing contract paperwork for new contractors and extensions • You will utilise myRullion ensuring that all key data/information has been entered whilst also updating the necessary logs and spreadsheets. • Raising and issuing contractor and client paperwork on company database and keep tracking system updated. • Updating client specific spreadsheets, systems and reports. • Maintaining Data integrity on the Database. Documentation: • To handle the day to day production of all New Assignment (via Group Tasks) and all other contract production in the form: Extensions, Change of Details, Terminations, Change of Status, Rate Amendments for The Rullion Group. • Production of Permanent Terms and Conditions of Business • Scanning of all returned extensions onto the CRM • Migration Support / Creation of all docs on system

Qualifications, skills & experience

5 GCSEs including a minimum of Grade C in English and Maths Previous experience of working in a Screening/Compliance role in the Recruitment Industry would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
