About Matthew

At Rullion, I work as an Account Consultant within the UK Nuclear Market. I place both permanent and contract candidates across various Engineering roles. I am part of a wider Nuclear Sales team and together we strive to provide an unrivaled sales and delivery service to support our clients and candidates.

My background is in Construction / Engineering recruitment and I am experienced in sourcing highly skilled, relevant candidates within these sectors, providing various nuclear recruitment solutions to a number of clients.

I enjoy taking the recruitment process from cradle to grave ensuring both candidate and client have satisfaction in their decision to use Rullion.

I started my career in recruitment in 2016 and I enjoy connecting my candidates and clients and watching them achieve their desired goals.

Outside of work, I like to stay active by playing Rugby League most weekends. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family.

"Matthew's personal skills clearly show he is customer focused without being overpowering. He maintained regular contact with me providing updates on interview feedback and enquiring about first-day readiness. He also contacted me on my first day to wish me well. All in all, I could not have asked for more and I would certainly recommend Matthew"
