I've been working at Rullion since 2015 and most recently, I moved into my position as a Practice Manager

I work within the Nuclear sector focusing on Contract and Permanent White Collar and Project Support roles. 

I have a wide range of experience working with Main Contractors and SMEs, working within the supply chain of the Sellafield project. I've been responsible for large scale recruitment for major projects, deploying full teams to specialist sites. 

I pride myself on understanding my clients, how they work and what they are working on. Many of my clients come back to me when they move roles, both as a candidate and then as a new customer.
