This is a buoyant market with a range of candidates working from Graduate Software Engineer to Chief Information Officer on both a permanent and contract basis. Sourcing candidates with the right skills and experience can be a challenge for some permanent roles but I’ve built up a solid candidate network and I work well work with referrals.
I’m very meticulous, spending a lot of time talking to candidates to understand what their career aspirations are and delve deeper into their work histories.
