At Rullion, I work as an Executive Account Manager for one of Rullion's key accounts, The Co-op.
My team and I supply IT professionals, both contract and hourly paid, to the Coop. We support the client on permanent recruitment, statement of works and other service offerings.
I've worked in recruitment for 13 years now, I started my career recruiting for construction and engineering professionals and soon after, progressed into an Executive Account Manager.
Within my role, I really value the people I interact with and I enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients and candidates. For me, it's crucial to ensure that everyone is treated equally and to ensure that they receive the same level of service regardless of their position.
Outside of the office, I play a lot of football and compete in triathlons. My daughter is my priority and most of my free time is spent ensuring that she has the best quality of life possible. Aside from family time and sports, I love attending live music events. Travelling is another hobby of mine and when I can, I like to visit the USA.
