From humble beginnings, Rullion has grown into the 16th largest recruitment company in the UK.
Rullion established
In 1978 Rullion was established by founder, Themis Saoulli who today is our Chairman.

Broke into Engineering Sector
It was in 1981 that Rullion started trading within the Engineering sector

Broke into IT Sector
1988 is the year that Rullion first began trading within the Information Technology sector

Began trading in Construction sector
It was in 1992 that Rullion began trading in the Construction sector

We began trading within the Commercial sector in 1999
E.ON
We started to work with power and gas giant, E.ON in 2000 and we are proud to continue our relationship today

Started working with UU
Our journey with UU began in 2002 and today we are proud to continue to be the partner of choice, with a dedicated on-site team for the provision of a Managed Solution

Started working with Alstom
2003 marked the beginning of our relationship with Alstom, a client we are proud to continue to work with today
Started working with CCFE
2006 saw the beginning of our relationship with CCFE. We are proud to continue to work with the national research laboratory today
