Alan Ranger - Managing Director

With over 15 years of Management Consultancy, Alan joined Rullion in 2007 to develop Rullion Solutions as the Groups' technology and consultancy division and deliver high value services built around the complete resourcing lifecycle as well as offer Managed Service Solutions.

Originally from an accountancy background, Alan moved into IT Programme and Project Management in the 90’s where he led numerous successful business change initiatives in the retail and communications sectors.  His focus then moved into resource management in the late 90’s where he has worked ever since developing a complete RM methodology and best practice blueprint for several large blue chips in various sectors.
