To ensure our people match your requirements precisely, each candidate is interviewed face- to-face on registration. This establishes their skills and abilities and how they match our client requirements – but it also allows us to establish their working history, identify their strengths and assess their suitability. And before we place any candidate, we take a minimum of two satisfactory references to confirm that the individual is dependable and hard-working, highly skilled and well respected for their capabilities.
Where necessary, we carry out comprehensive computer skills testing of candidates, and this is coupled with regular evaluations to ensure that their skills are up to date. Our consultants also regularly review candidate performance to ensure that their capabilities meet our expectations and those of our clients.
