At Rullion Personnel, we understand that working on a temporary basis is an important decision for many people, so we build strong relationships with all our temporary staff, providing encouragement and support in all the work they undertake - and it's particularly rewarding for our temporary employees that many short-term assignments can lead to longer-term opportunities, new skills and an exciting new future.
As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), we work to strict recruitment practice codes that stipulate best practice in recruitment and customer care.
Before you work on any temporary assignment, you'll be invited to meet one of our consultants who will talk you through our application process. They'll ask you questions about yourself so as to find out about your work experience and skills - plus you may also be assessed on our computerised Skills Evaluation System, which will help match you to suitable assignments that may arise.
So that we can pay you correctly as soon as possible, you'll need to submit your P45 and bank details to us as soon as possible. We'll also need your National Insurance number, along with appropriate references.
